We did Jaipur and Jodhpur over six days and the planning was spot on. The driver, Mahesh ji, knew exactly which gate at Amber to enter from to skip the queue, and he waited without a word of complaint while we spent far too long at Mehrangarh. Hotels were clean and in the right part of town, not thirty minutes out like the cheaper packages. Would book again.

Booked the Jaisalmer desert trip for four of us. Camp was proper — clean washrooms, actual beds, not the tourist trap version. The sunset camel ride and the folk music at night were the highlight of the whole holiday. Raj sir answered my calls even at 11pm when our train got rescheduled and had the pickup shifted within minutes.

Went to Udaipur for our anniversary. They arranged a boat on Lake Pichola at sunset and a table by the water afterwards without us even asking for anything special. Small touches, but that is what you remember. Very transparent about costs also — the final bill was exactly what was quoted, no surprises.

Travelled with my parents, both above 70. My only worry was the pace and Raj Travels handled it properly — shorter driving days, wheelchair arranged at the forts where it was possible, and lunch breaks planned rather than whenever. My father still talks about the City Palace guide. Genuinely thoughtful people.

Haridwar and Rishikesh, four days. Ganga aarti timing was managed well, we got seats and did not have to fight the crowd. The car was clean and the driver drove sensibly on the hill roads, which mattered to me more than anything else. Good coordination throughout on WhatsApp.

Organised an offsite for 22 people from our Gurgaon office. Two tempo travellers, hotel block booking, one dinner at a heritage property. Everything ran to schedule and the invoicing was clean with proper GST. Not easy with a group this size. Will use them again next year.

Overall a good trip and fair pricing. The itinerary was well thought out and Jaipur was covered properly. Only issue was one hotel in Pushkar which was not up to the standard of the others — I mentioned it and they moved us the next day, so full marks for how it was handled, but a star off for it happening.

Ladakh in June with a group of friends. They built in an acclimatisation day at Leh before Pangong, which two of us badly needed, and carried oxygen in the vehicle. The permits were all sorted before we landed. Solid, experienced outfit — you can tell they have done this route many times.
