Company Privacy Policy

• When you enquire: your name, mobile number, the destination and dates you have in mind, the number of travellers, and whatever you write in the note.
• When you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture, passed to us by Google. We never see your Google password.
• When you book: each traveller's name as it appears on their photo ID, age, and the ID or address details a hotel, airline, permit office or yatra registration requires.
• When you write a review: the name you give, your rating, what you wrote, and any photographs you upload.
• As you browse: which pages were opened, a rough location from your IP address, and device and browser type — as counts, so we can see which tours people are actually reading.

We do not store card or bank details on this website. Payment happens at the office, by UPI or by bank transfer, and the record we keep of it is the invoice.

• To answer your enquiry and send you a quote.
• To make the booking — with hotels, transporters, guides, airlines, railways and government registration and permit portals.
• To reach you before the trip with the departure details, and during the trip if plans change.
• To publish your review on our reviews page under the name you gave.
• To keep the site working and see which pages are worth improving.
• To keep the invoices and booking records that tax law requires us to keep.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it out, and we do not add you to a bulk marketing list without asking you first.

• Hotels, transporters, drivers, guides, airlines, railways and activity operators — only the details that booking needs, usually a name, an age and an ID number.
• Government portals for yatra registration, e-passes and Inner Line Permits, in the form the authority demands.
• The services that run parts of this website: Cloudflare for hosting, Neon for the database, Cloudinary for photographs, Google for sign-in, Resend for the emails we send you, and Vercel Analytics for page counts.
• A court, a tax authority or the police, where the law requires it.

A review you post here is public: the name you gave, the rating, the text and any photographs are visible to anyone. Write to us and we will take it down.

We also photograph groups on tour and may use those photographs on this website and on our Instagram and Facebook pages. Tell the tour manager at the start of the trip, or write to us later, and we will keep you out of them.

• Enquiries that never turned into a booking: 24 months, then deleted.
• Booking records and invoices: 8 years, because tax rules require it.
• Your account and sign-in details: until you ask us to close the account.
• Reviews and uploaded photographs: until you ask us to remove them.

Write to rajtravelsconnect@gmail.com or call +91 72402 24488 to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to close your account. We answer within 30 days. We may keep the minimum a tax or legal obligation requires, and we will tell you if that applies.

You can stop hearing from us at any time — reply STOP on WhatsApp, or say so on a call, and we stop.

Cookies here keep you signed in, remember the filters you set on the tour listing, and count page visits. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party ad trackers on this site. Blocking cookies in your browser will not lock you out of the tours — only out of signing in.

This website is not meant for anyone under 18 to register on their own, and we do not knowingly collect their details. Children travel with us often — the booking is made by an adult, who gives us the child's name and age.

The site runs over HTTPS, the booking database is reachable only by the desk staff who need it, and sign-in is handled by Google rather than by passwords we store. No system on the internet is completely secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — if data of yours is exposed, we will tell you and tell you what we did about it.

When this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means the new version applies.
